The salesman, Hap, was great to work with and did a great job of communicating with us, as to the condition of our old deck needing replacement, and how they could build us a new deck. The crew showed up on time EVERY day, which I found to be uncommon with contractors in NC. They were efficient in everything they did. Wood cuts were meticulously made and installation was flawless. As a former contractor myself, I appreciate the work that they did. And I’m pretty hard to please. We are very happy with the overall results of our Renaissance screened patio. It looks even better than we imagined. At first we didn't know exactly what we wanted but during the initial consultation Josh gave us plenty of ideas and was very informative. On another note, there were some timing issues. It took a couple months longer than expected but that was due to supply issues with the coil being on backorder. After waiting several weeks for the coil, we ended up going with an alternative color to keep the process from taking any longer. This wasn't Elite Exterior's fault but at one point during the wait there was some lack of communication where it took almost a week for them to respond to my numerous texts. But once all of the materials finally came in, the construction was very smooth and the communication was great.

High quality work, showed up on time and built the deck quickly and thoroughly. Good pricing as well (we received 4 quotes before selecting them.) End product looks great.

Elite built a deck for our above ground pool in Smithfield NC. Their workers were fast and respectful and willing to work with our requests. Everything was finished fast and in very good quality. Their sales (Seth), foreman (Alfredo) and project manager were great. Brian did the final walk trough and answered any questions we had at the moment. No complaints at all.

Let me start with WOW! Now a step back for context. We bought our house nearly four years ago and have loved it and our neighborhood ever since. The deck, however, has been a disappointment since we moved in: Warped decking, tripping hazards, rotting railings, warped balusters, and stairs that were becoming dangerous. We knew we needed to replace the deck, but being new to the area, we didn’t really know where to start. We got a couple of referrals from a trusted source, one of whom provided a proposal that nearly made our eyeballs explode, and the other ghosted us after meeting with us. I kept looking. Facebook kept showing me ads from this outfit called Elite Xteriors, so I finally looked at one and decided to check them out. They immediately responded, and we set up an appointment. First test, the rep showed up on time. Second test, he didn’t try to oversell us. He listened carefully to our needs and was prepared with samples for us to see and feel. After taking measurements, he plugged in all the data and materials (composite decking with powder-coated black metal railings and square lattice to finish the sides) and offered a written proposal right on the spot. The cost was considerably less that the first proposal we received, and it was clear and specific. Now the good part. We set a start date knowing that it could change with weather or other factors and set up a text communication group that included us, the owner, the team lead, and the office. They were responsive with all communication from start to finish. We were able to start earlier than originally planned, which was a bonus. The materials were delivered exactly as planned, and the team (three brothers and the team lead) showed up exactly on time to begin work. And work they did! They were nose-to-the-grindstone start to finish, working smoothly together and efficiently with no messing around – just old-fashioned hard work. When it came down to the little details, they listened carefully and thoughtfully to how we wanted things done and executed exactly as we wished. At the end of each day, the team tidied up the workspace before leaving, and when the project was completed, they thoroughly cleaned up the area. We could not be happier with the finished product! It truly exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend Elite Xteriors for your next deck or outdoor space. They do fantastic work for a reasonable price, and they’re simply a great group to work with.

We cannot express how impressed we are with the new deck and front porch railing redo! The work was the very best by each of the specialized crews, who worked every second they were here. We never saw anyone on their phones or smoking. They were all polite and offered ideas when asked and picked up all the trash at the end of each day. The crew at Elite was awesome. They were very responsive when I reached out to schedule a quote, and showed up when they said they would. The sales/contracting process was super easy. They sent someone out to do a site visit, then prepared drawings for me to review/approve, and submit to my HOA for approval. The longest wait in the whole process was getting permits approved, but they took care of the manufacturing while the permits were pending, so the overall timeline wasn't adversely affected. Meanwhile, I received regular weekly updates from their project manager, so I never had to wonder what was going on. The material was actually delivered early. The crew showed up first thing in the morning, and worked through the whole day. They had originally told me it might take 4 days to complete my job, but I think they really only spent two full days here. The only delays were waiting for inspectors. Great crew to work with, and beautiful results!

Working with Elite Xteriors was a fantastic experience. From design to execution, everything went smoothly. The deck was built in three days! The team on site were courteous and hard working. Each day the cleaned up the site and left no hazards behind. Working with the team at the Cary office on logistics and permits saved me time and effort – worth every single penny.
